4th December 2007 - All those who were in attendance at the Edinburgh Young Lions this year, are aware of the passing of Douglas Andrews prior to the event. The 'Young Lions' would like to take this opportunity to show their appreciation for all who participated in the 'minutes silence' during the event, and offered their generous donations towards a charity fund in respect of Douglas. There was a total of £330 raised during the collection, which will be added to the collections at Douglas Andrew's funeral and donated to Cancer Research. SAD NEWS - It is with regret that we inform you of the passing away of David Harvey - Faber Maunsell, on the 17th March 2008 at 41 years old. His cremation took place 26th March 2008. As a valued supporter of the 'Young Lions' and a highly respected person within the industry, he will be sadly missed. We trust that all Young Lions will take the time to show their respect by taking a moments silence, whilst reading this news.
